Trend Micro Implements Task Management Solution from Ascertus for Central HR Department
Ascertus configures DocMinder to automate task reminders across 25 countries
London, U.K. - 21 July 2015 - Trend Micro, a global IT security leader, has implemented a DocMinder-based task management solution from Ascertus Limited in its human resource (HR) department in the UK. The solution has automated the management of critical tasks and timely document reviews pertaining to HR-related matters across 25 countries in EMEA, delivering unprecedented efficiency and productivity gains to the department. Ascertus provides tailored information and document lifecycle management solutions to corporate departments and law firms.
A small team of just five individuals is able to monitor, coordinate and manage reviews of important documents including employee contracts, payroll, service level agreements and policy records in a well-timed manner across Trend Micro's HR departments in offices in EMEA. Unlike previously where reminders had to be set manually via calendar invites in Outlook, notifications and calls to action on upcoming document reviews are automatically generated covering the entire lifecycle of tasks to facilitate timely completion. The department is able to easily produce customised reports, which has also made monthly information sharing between the central HR and finance departments structured and seamless.
Ascertus demonstrated a sound understanding of the department's requirements, expertise in implementing similar solutions and suitability of the DocMinder for Trend Micro based on the system's functionality, security provisions, user friendliness and scalability.
