BASE Company is a major mobile operator in Belgium that focuses on offering the best voice quality and fastest 3G network to its subscribers. As the solution is provided as a managed service by Comarch, NIMS-PrOptima™ was chosen for its high performance and reliability to meet Comarch's stringent service level agreements with BASE Company.
