FlexNet Manager Suite, AdminStudio and App Portal implemented to automate Software License Optimization, employee self-service and Application Readiness
Maidenhead, UK October 7, 2014 Flexera Software, the leading provider of Application Usage Management solutions for application producers and enterprises, announced that GHD, one of the world's leading engineering, architecture, environmental and construction services companies, has implemented FlexNet Manager Suite and AdminStudio to provide transparency, operational and cost efficiency around procurement, Application Readiness and optimization of its enterprise software licenses. GHD will also deploy App Portal in the coming months, to provide self-service and application deployment efficiencies.

While GHD is still only in the earliest stages of deploying the integrated solution, the company has already seen efficiencies – for instance centralized contract and IT Asset Management operations. By leveraging FlexNet Manager Suite’s Business Adapter Studio, GHD was easily able to connect FlexNet Manager Platform to a multitude of systems – from HR and purchasing to other back end applications – enabling the company to centrally manage more than 27,000 hardware assets including desktops, mobile devices, monitors, printers, routers, switchers and other IT infrastructure components. “The adaptors are extremely easy to build and they just work," commented Tancred.
