The Pirate Bay sale looking more and more unlikely

Over the last few weeks, if you've been following The Pirate Bay case, GGF (Global Gaming Factory) has been very adamant that the purchase of The Pirate Bay for 60 million Swedish crowns ($7.7 million) will complete successfully; even though things have looked bleak.   This week, the sale has begun to seem even more unlikely, due to a series of events that seem to indicate that GGF will not be able to raise the funds required for the sale and additional purchases that are required. Also, CEO Hans Pandeya has been found to be in serious financial trouble with the Swedish Tax authorities; owing them 780,000 kronor ($110,400).  Read full story...
