The person could be of either sex, of any age, say below 70. A 'retired' dignified Under Secretary or Deputy Secretary Level officer or Desk Officer or Section Officer or Head Clerk, would be suitable from Government or Defence Services. WHO COULD be a happily-married HOUSEWIFE who would prefer Flexi-Timing and even Flexi-Weekdays.
