Read Around: Read a lot about your new programme from recommended books, magazines, website etc as this will help you to understand whatever your personal trainer will be taking you through. If you understand, you can guide others who join the programme through you to establish and progress. 2. Don’t subscribe to too many programmes: It is not advisable to subscribe to too many programmes initially because you will get scared by the numerous e-mails and may give up. So learn to crawl before you walk. Take one step at a time to get to your final destination. 3. Set working hours: It is so vital to set the number of hours you can spend each day on your affiliate programme and keep to it as religiously as you can. Try to stick to the set number of hours and sooner than you expect it will become part and parcel of your daily routine. 4.
