Designation Signal Processing and Diagnostics Engineer Job Description Develop signal-processing algorithms for novel sensor data used in gas turbine to identify and predict failures. Analyze data using methods such as filtering methods, spectral/wavelet/time-frequency analysis, estimation, digital signal processing, random data/statistical analysis and time-series modeling. Interface with customers in the GE businesses with the objective of helping them meet their needs in the above areas Desired Profile Experience in applying these methods for assessment of condition of mechanical, electrical or chemical systems is highly desirable. Experience in advanced sensor development/application is desired.
