*Provide customer support / query handling services to the clients in US by taking the calls. * Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT. * Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels. * Ensure optimum level of Quality over the calls. Desired Candidate Profile *Must be a Graduate or Final year student. *Minimum 1year + experience in Customer Support (Voice). * Prior experience in a Voice process preferred. *Excellent communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills. * Must possess excellent listening skills & should have an inclination towards resolving the customer problems.
