Educational Qualification: Graduates and above Candidates who have acquired the above qualification from any recognized Indian University as regular student only will be considered. Candidates should be well versed in MS Windows, MS Word, Excel, etc. Upper age limit: 26 years as on 30.11.2007. Relaxation for SC/ST candidates: 5 years. Selection Procedure -Written test/Skill test and Interview Eligible candidates shall appear for a written test, skill test and interview at their own expense at places/dates notified by the Bank. Candidates selected for appointment will be on training for a period for six months from the date of joining duty. During the training period, the candidates will be eligible for an all inclusive consolidated payment of Rs.12, 000/- (Rupees twelve thousand only) per month. The candidates are, also eligible for incentive package as decided by the Management. After successful completion of six months training period, they will be appointed as Probationary Junior Managers for a period of 18 months with a consolidated salary Rs.14000.00 p.m. Upon completion of 2 years satisfactory training/probation, the candidates will be absorbed in the bank. The bank reserves the right to terminate the service of the selected candidates during the training/probationary period by giving two months notice. During the period of training/probation, the selected candidate has to work 6 months each in different branches. Candidates selected will be posted in the vacancies arising in the Bank’s branches at Northern, Western and Central part of India.
