Conducting Induction program for the new hires in the company. Developed Performance Appraisal form and updated HR policy of the company. Conducting Welfare Activities for staff like picnic, birthday bash, Pooja Handling performance appraisal system. Develop existing HR Policies & procedures in liaison with General Manager. Maintaining record of all the leave applications and coordinate with the department head for approval of leaves. Having one to one interaction with the staff for identify their involvement into job and what they expect from company.
