Should have exposure to EJB, JSP, JDBC, Any application server, Exposure to clustering, Performance tuning, JMS, JTS would be added advantage. Look for candidates with a combination of at least, 3 of the above skills. Communication should be excellent for this candidate (kindly do not compromise here) Should be ready to work in Night shifts This is not a development project but it is high end technical solution project. Hard copy of latest CV. Latest salary slip & copy of appointment / increment/ offer letter. Copy of Education documents (10th Std. to the highest degree achieved).
