2. Complete ownership of the customer and single point of contact for him. 3. Ensure requirements of customer as agreed within framework of the contract are met 4. Maintain high level of customer satisfaction, develop rapport through ongoing interaction/ review 5. Track all issues raised by customer and close them at earliest 6. Responsible for collections within region 7.
