Based on initial screening of qualification with eligibility criteria required for the above business groups, candidates would be required to appear for an aptitude and technical test at any of the 47 test centers across the country as per their convenience at their own expenses. The test fee is Rs. 200/- (+ taxes, + other taxes) The short-listed candidates will then be called for a final interview at Rolta's global headquarters in Mumbai. Selected candidates will be given an offer letter, which will be valid for a period of 15 days within which they can organise security deposit from the bank with the help of the company. These openings will be filled up on a first-come-first-served basis and the initial posting will be in Mumbai.
