Troubleshoot end user PC problems, OS, configurations, application software etc. System administration, day to day installation of phone sets, moving extensions, configuring call appearance, and setting up voice mail. Identify and resolve customer access issues. Supervise, installation and maintenance of data connectivity, modems etc. Computer hardware and software knowlege. Experience in solving network related issues. Experience in installing and updating softwares. Good Communication Skills. Willing to work in shifts. Candidates with normal graduation (B.A, B.Com and three year diploma holders equivalent to graduation) with experience/ certification/training in hardware/networking can apply.
