Job Description Internal Help Desk - L1 - VOICE Support (Windows) Answer Service Desk Calls for Bank of NewYork Mellon Internal end user. Provide Level 1 Support in resolving password related issues. Resolving customer queries. Meet established OLA and SLA for Call Handling . Desired Profile Excellent Communication Skills ( Written and Verbal). Customer Handling Skills. Experience in handling Windows- Support would be plus. Good analytical skills Willingness to work in night shift ( rotational). Ability and willingness to learn quickly in a fast pace environment.
