Title: Cegedim Software India Pvt. Ltd. Post by: Hellraiser on October 14, 2007, 04:16:03 PM Resolve first and second level phone, voice mail and fax issues within the SLAs set for the department. This includes phone moves, adds and changes for the PBX and Voice mail systems.
Assist in the installation of major telecommunications projects such as movement of an existing department to a new location, development of telecommunications systems in conjunctions with a new construction, total replacement of a system, etc. Develops and runs reports for PBX, Call Center and Voice mail capacities and usage. Conducts final acceptance testing of new or revised equipment and systems Desired Candidate Profile Experience in telecommunications field with working knowledge and experience in PBX, ACD, voice mail and call accounting systems. Experience in a major call center environment with a minimum of 2 years system administration operation and maintenance of PBX, ACD, and voice mail systems. Avaya G3r PBX and CMS preferred. Experience with Audix 1 voice mail a plus.
