Experience: 0-3 years experience in planning and/or other operations functions. Background in planning, scheduling, capacity planning and supply chain or other operation management skills. Experience in ERP(Oracle 11i or others) and IT systems a plus. Excel , Access and/or Crystal reports writing skills a plus. Self motivated, assertive, analytical, and communication skills. Must function well in team environment, and must be comfortable with multi-tasking.
