Experience 0 - 1 years Industry Type Software Services Functional Area IT Software - (Application Programming / Maintenance) Keyword Application Support EngineerB8258 Location Delhi Education UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization PG - M.Tech - Any Specialization;MCA - Computers Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: programming and testing,Exposure to scripting Skill & Job Requirements: * Incumbent should be a B.E./B.Tech/MCA with up to 2 years of experience preferably in a Development-cum-Support role. * Incumbent should have hands-on experience of programming and testing in technologies like .NET, ASP, C#, VB etc. and should be intimately familiar with SQL ingeneral and MS-SQL in particular. * Incumbent should have exposure to scripting (Javascript, VBscript etc.) * Incumbent should have excellent customer handling, communication and analytical skills. * Exposure to J2EE, Oracle is desirable. * Exposure to Workflow based applications will be an added advantage Desired Profile Qualification: BE / BTech, MCA Experience: 0-1 YEARS Skills: * Incumbent would be part of the Application Support Team which provides round-the-clock support for applications. As this a 24/7 support role, he should be willing to work in shifts (day/night) as well as on weekends. * Incumbent would be responsible for troubleshooting .NET VB, ASP, C#, Java-based applications. * Incumbent would be responsible for writing SQL queries to pull data either in the raw form or report form as per customer requirements from various data sources.
