Like the small wonder-box prototype developed for the One Laptop per Child (OLPC) program. For those who may not know, the OLPC program is a non-profit effort that's bringing computing technology - via a $100 mini-laptop - to every young child in developing nations around the world. The program philosophy is simple: Provide a dynamic portable learning tool that connects kids to modern technology and, more importantly, to each other, and the possibilities are fantastic. As someone who's part of Nortel's office of the chief technology officer and part of a company that is a sponsor and technology contributor to OLPC, Kelly has an early prototype OLPC laptop - something called an XO.
