Control user logical access to organization resources in Business Application platforms and servers according to pre-set of system rules and policies. Document security administration procedures and practices. Maintain a controlled user access environment from different capacities of employees on need-to-perform basis. Maintain the integrity of business approvals on each user access request from standard tool and process. Control user on privilege/emergency access request to ensure these activities are monitored and approved, and the password timely reset. Monitor the request system and process them from work queue assigned Apply change to system policy and control setting under standard change management process. Respond to audit and LOB request to produce user profile report for periodically review. Help resolving user logon problem being reported and escalated. Require to work on off-hour support in respect to the roster assigned. Foster continuous improvement workflow to streamline the process of producing quality and timely outputs in meeting service level expectancy. Provide support to Disaster Recovery in linking up the backup user profiles in Business Continuity Plan and to perform drill on getting expected result. Timely recording work type and hours in PAR system. Desired Profile Excellent Communication Skills Customer orientated and a good team player Professional and committed Need to work overtime and under pressure Proficient knowledge of account administration in user account management in Microsoft SQL or Oracle base applications. Product knowledge of Lotus Notes V5 & 6 Proactive, driven and able to work on their own initiative Problem Solving / Troubleshooting skills.
