JOB ROLE: *Sourcing profiles form job portals (Naukri, Jobsahead.com, Monster and Times Portals. *Mapping client requirement and also speaking to the candidates. *Maintaining Resume Index in the prescribed format followed by the company. *Report generation. *Preparing trackers and keeping records. *Handling admin work and candidate relationships. *Weekly Backup and Norton Antivirus Updating. *Co-coordinating with Vendor and Other people. Uploading of Candidate CV's to respective client portal. *Proper Training will be provided for the same. ESSENTIAL SKILLS: *Good communication skills. *Basic computer skills like, Outlook Express, Excel, Word and Internet Browsing. *Basic conceptual understanding of IT skills, IT skill Terminology.
