- Coordination with the field and understanding their requirements, defining job positions and accordingly taking it forward. - Sourcing profiles form job portals (www.naukri.com, www.jobsahead.com, www.monster.com,) - Doing Job Postings, Sending Massmailers to the candidates, doing networking(employee reference), maintaining database. - Ensuring fast response time to fields needs and request and maintaining strong networks across assignments. - Identifying and short listing the resumes on the basis of required skills and experience, and parity of the company - Salary negotiations, joining formalities maintaining the HR relationship with the candidates till they are on board. - Sending performance reports on weekly and monthly basis.
