- Graduates, Post-graduates and diploma hilders - Trouble shooting conncectivity issues for ISPs (Dial and DSL) Designation Team Leaders - Technical Process Candidate Profile - PRior experience in leading a team of 10-15 Associates - Delivering results per SLAs and attrition management Designation Voice and Accent Trainers Candidate Profile - Train New hiers - At least 12 months experience in training - At least 6 months of voice and accent training - Would work on content development Designation Voice Coach Candidate Profile - At least 2 years experience in a BPO - Minimum 12 months of voice and accent coaching experience Process Trainers Candidate Profile - Technical training experience (preferably from an ISP background) - At least 12 months experience in training. All positions require excellent communication and interpersonal skills and involve working in shifts.
