Job Description - Log Customer calls - Provide first level technical support on Internet related queries using documented procedures. - Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems. - Ensure proper escalation procedures. |techincal Troubleshooting skills,MCP Certifications| Excellent demonstrated customer service skills Good Communication Skills – Spoken and written English (including technical writing).
