Responsibilities and Duties -Estimate number of hours required to complete a survey. -Estimating complexity level. -Analyze the questionnaire and seeking clarifications from Project Director and client -Writing programming notes -Go on Kick Off calls with project directors and/or with end client -Quality testing -Meeting deadlines and ensuring perfect link delivery. Also Proactively informing Project director -Updating tracker and checklists -In case of any project delays/issues. -Helping quality, programming and OP teams with any clarifications -Doing root cause analysis in case of escalations -Raising flag if escalation is required against PD -BA will be testing all surveys complexity 4 and 5. Specific Functions -Estimation of number of hours and complexity level for a survey. -Analyze the questionnaire and clarify any doubts -Go on calls with project directors and/or with end client and maintaining deadlines -Helping programmers with any clarifications Candidate Specification Qualification and Experience -MBA/PGDBM (Marketing) with 0-2 years of experience -Excellent communication skills, problem solving with analytical bent of mind -Should be good team player -Understanding of market research and it's tools -Open to work in Night Shift Abilities -Effective Communication skill (oral, written and presentation) -Strong Math Aptitude -Strong interpersonal skill to develop quick rapport in a team setting and establish solid credilibility with colleagues and cross functional teams -Excellent analytical, problem solving, organisation skills -Proven track record of open team oriented behavior to support high visibility business projects -Ability to work independently and manage multiple programs/projects in a fast paced environment -Detailed oriented, flexible and resourceful, able to respond to diverse workloads schedules and quality results You would undergo -Group Discussion -Written Test (45 mins. General and Logical Aptitude) -On clearing your written test, you would have your Final Interview. Walk-In with your Resume and Last Salary Slip (if applicable) and Walk-Out with an Offer Letter.
