Over the past few weeks, there have been a number of reports in the media about the way young people deploy their beloved mobile phones during school hours. From filming a brawl, to a sexual encounter between two students, drug use, intimidation of teachers and bullying other pupils with threatening text messages, once again, the moral panic button has been firmly pressed.
