2 July 2013: Kcom, part of the KCOM Group, has recently renewed its partnership with Microsoft, for the eighth year. The long standing partnership is key for Kcom, as it continues to have support from Microsoft to provide communications and collaboration solutions for customers.

Kcom has been awarded the Gold and Silver seal of approval. The managed communications provider works closely with Microsoft to create tailored solutions for customers who require communications, collaboration and hosted solutions to help their workplace adopt flexibility and mobility in the workplace.

Kcom’s customers will continue to have access to a pool of communication tools that Microsoft has to offer, such as Lync, Share Point and Exchange (Outlook).  Features like Lync, help customers provide better communications between virtual teams and facilitates flexible working, whilst keeping costs down.

Molson Coors is a great example of how Kcom and Microsoft worked together to identify a number of new technologies that would help them make significant cost savings, as well as create a better way for employees to collaborate.
