Netgem has been informed that Pirelli & C. did not accept its offer for the acquisition of Pirelli Broadband Solutions. This transaction would have contributed to the acceleration of Netgem's development, given the geographic complementarities between the two companies. However, Netgem's proven capability for organic growth required that such a transaction be made at a price it deemed reasonable. |
