OK I completely missed this but few last week Microsoft released Windows Storage Server 2008 R2 and the Microsoft iSCSI Software Target 3.3 and it is available on MSDN and Technet. To get it in production you need to buy NAS appliances from a vendor, which is not available yet with R2 on it.
