As time progresses, it seems that the rate of gaming-related injuries rises along with it, with unfortunately no sign of slowing down. In the latest disturbing case, a drunken woman stabbed a 13 year old boy in the stomach, after he refused to stop playing his Xbox 360 console. The woman, 55 year old Isobel Mackenzie, has a history of bad child care behavior, the Scotsman. Last December, she had apparently failed to look after the boy in her care, the very same one she stabbed, after getting drunk. The boy relayed the events in this latest case, telling the court, "She hit me on the back of the head. I stood up and pushed her back.
