According to These are the Droids, a list of the hardware found in the Nexus One phone was discovered by gaining access to the library files and various other system files. Early indications show that the specs for the Nexus One are fairly decent, to say the least. Upon discovering these hardware references in the ROM system files on the Nexus One, it was discovered that the phone will support a Snapdragon processor, developed by Qualcomm. The Snapdragon is an ARM-based CPU processor, offering up to 1Ghz for applications, with a cellular modem and GPS.
