Adobe announces no CS3 support on Snow Leopard

John Nack, the principal product manager for Photoshop at Adobe, last week announced on his public blog that CS3 and earlier have not been tested on Snow Leopard.   There have been reports of CS3 being unstable on Snow Leopard surfacing around the web - including CS3 crashing when fonts are changed. Photoshop CS2, however, is listed as not compatible with Snow Leopard.  "While older Adobe and Macromedia applications may install and run on Mac OS X Snow Leopard (v10.6), they were designed, tested and released to the public several years before this new operating system became available," the document states.
