FCC broadband roadmap hoping to quell stimulus chaos

Just recently, the Federal Communications Commission (or the FCC) published a .pdf timeline, detailing all the broadband-related projects it hopes to have completed by February 17 of next year. On that date, the FCC must send Congress its 'National Broadband Plan', which are a set of guidelines that help ensure everybody in the United States has access to broadband.
