Deputy Field Officer (TELE) Examination -2007
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold on 25/11/2007 an open competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Deputy Field Officer (Tele) in the Cabinet Secretariat in the pay scale of Rs.5500-9000 all over country.
No. of Vacancies : approx 50 (no reservation for SC/ST/OBC as the post of Deputy Field Officer (Tele) is exempted from the provision of relaxation/reservation.)
Educational Qualification : Degree in Science of a recognized University with Physics and Mathematics OR Diploma (3 year duration) in Telecommunication / Radio Engineering/ Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunication from a recognized Institute Board OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications or equivalent Diploma of a recognized Institute/ Board or Certificate or Proficiency Class-II examination which is conducted by the Ministry.
Age : 20 to 28 years as on 01/08/2007. No age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC. However, Ex-Serviecman / Central Govt. civilian employees will get the benefit of age-relaxations as prescribed in the the detailed advertisement.
Fee Payable : Rs.100/- (No fee for SC/ST and Ex-Servicemen) by means of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps only, available at head post office all over the country.
Last date of the submit of the application: 31/08/2007.
Last date for candidate of far-flung area: 07/09/2007.
