Should have hands in experience in MS Technologies like Exchange server implementation, ADS, MOM Server, SMS, SPA, Migration ISA Should be able to maintain Microsoft user sites, Antivirus, Backup(Veritas,CA) etc.

MCSE certification is a must for the candidate.
