ACCENTURE PAPER ON 3rd MARCH
 
hi frenz...
I got placed in ACCENTURE on 3rd of march 2007..I am really proud and happy to be in the family of ACCENTURE..
Now let me tell u how it was..and how u got to prepare for it...

There were 4 rounds-
1. written test and essay writing
2. group discussion
3. HR
4. Technical Interview
5. HR Interview.
                                         
Aptitude paper was set by Meritrac comprising of 55 questions and only 60 mins..time management is imp. ..it was divided into 3 parts -numerical ability, verbal ability and attention to detail...we had to write an essay too..on the topic IT industry in India.. the results were announced in a hour..and abt 98 cleared the aptitude..next was the G.D..topic given to us was RED AND GREEN ..

Friends, GD is a mass elimination round.. So make up your mind to speak at least 2-3 valid points so tat u will be comfortably into the next rounds.. Maintain proper posture while you sit and hav a good eye contact with all your friends in your GD...Dont ever get nervous... BE COOL!!! After the GD round 38 candidates were selected and were through for the interview rounds

HR and technical interview was cool..they just asked questions like-
tel me somethin abt urself...?
what do u kno abt accenture...?
who is your role model..?
 
find out as much as possible abt the company..it wil help a lot.. everythin went well..Finally i was one of the 21 candidates who got selected..
Friends i just loved the procedure of the placement conducted by Accenture...so friendz all i hav to say is...never lose hope.. god knows whats best for u..so be cool..hav a bright future..all the best !!!
