Switch to '100% On-net' Connectivity Pays Off for Dialogue Group

27 November 2014 - Dialogue Group, the global A2P (Application-to-Person) SMS messaging specialist, today announced that its revenues have doubled in the last year, since launching its A2P SMART initiative. The company’s continued success has been strengthened by the growing A2P market, which was valued at USD $53.07 billion in 2013 and is expected to reach $59.1bn by 2018*.

Dialogue Group recently unveiled its global A2P SMART Hub, to help MNOs (Mobile Network Operators) win a share of $5US billion** in annual revenues currently lost to A2P network fraud. A2P network fraud destroys significant revenues for MNOs and the rock bottom pricing it permits leads to disorderly markets, damaging levels of spam, and potential security threats, all of which are sources of poor customer experience and increased churn.

The A2P SMART Hub helps operators regain control of their networks and services, which not only benefits MNOs in terms of increased revenue, but also enterprises and banks in terms of quality of service. The 100% on-net connectivity ensures that messages reach the recipient efficiently and enterprises no longer have to face the risk of messages being delayed.
