02 October 2014: Kcom, the communications integration specialist has taken residency at this year’s Customer Contact Expo, which is currently being held at the Olympia Exhibition Centre in London.

The two day event (1 and 2 October) attracts organisations interested in developing their contact centre and customer management strategy.

Kcom, part of the KCOM Group, has a live demonstration showing how its contact specialists can transform customer relationships and business collaboration. Visitors to the stand can learn about Kcom’s experience and get an exclusive look at how one of their cloud based, flexible technology solutions works.

Karl Roberts, Head of Advanced Voice Contact, at Kcom says: “It’s really exciting to be able to talk to visitors about their contact centre challenges and ambitions and to showcase how we can bring together new and exciting technologies. We’ve been able to demonstrate to people that they can use technology to transform the way they interact with their customers to differentiate themselves and build stronger relationships.”
