Thursday 29th January 2015: IS Solutions Plc, a leading AIM-listed full service IT company, has completed the purchase of Speed-Trap Holdings, augmenting its analytics and business intelligence solutions with a recognised leader in big data collection technology. Speed-Trap Holdings is the parent company of Celebrus Technologies, a provider of highly detailed data feeds that deliver individual consumer level data, gathered from interactions with websites, mobile applications, streaming and social media, into big data engines to enable in-depth, real-time digital intelligence.

Working with Celebrus Technologies for 15 years, IS Solutions has built up considerable expertise in Celebrus’ multi-patented data collection technology, as well as partnering with leading IT software vendors in taking this technology to market. Celebrus Technologies enables organisations to understand individual customers’ interactions with their digital channels to power one-to-one data-driven marketing, real-time personalisation and advanced customer analytics. This unique capability enhances IS Solutions’ offering by combining a leading data collection product with proven analytics and business intelligence services that include systems integration, data interpretation and analysis and secure hosting and management, all backed up with a full range of support services.

The value of this acquisition is approximately £7.5 million and is being satisfied partly in cash and partly by the issue of IS Solutions shares to previous shareholders in Speed-Trap Holdings.
