Upgrade ensures continued service for Debriefing Software’s enterprise customers

June 15 2012 – Viby J, Denmark – Debriefing Software, experts in cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) for IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM), Storwize and SVC solutions, today launched an upgrade to its Wizards for SVC simultaneously with the launch of IBM Storage SAN Volume Controller software V6.4.0.

Wizards Storage Portal provides instant and detailed insights to the customer site both for historical and current server performance analysis. Working with the leading Storage Resource Management technologies – IBM San Volume Controller (SVC), IBM Storwize V7000, IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) and Brocade SAN switches – Wizards Storage Portal produces instant graphic reports from easily customizable high-level status pages to detailed performance data at single volume level and can even be monitored from an iPhone or iPad.

Since Wizards for SVC is based on native support, we are able to release our upgrades in sync with the latest IBM SVC release, so none of our customers will experience service interruptions.”

Current users of Wizards for SVC will have the upgrade installed automatically if this option has already be selected in the setup. Otherwise, upgrading is a very simple point–and-click operation managed from the Wizards Control Center.
