Confirmit is delighted to congratulate client Karl Sharicz, Customer Experience Lead at Tyco SimplexGrinnell and Confirmit Director of VoC Consulting, Annette Franz Gleneicki, for their well deserved Customer Experience (CX) Impact Awards. In its second year, the CX Impact Awards, hosted by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), recognise individuals who exemplify excellent customer experience and who are making an impact on their organisations and their customers.

Confirmit also celebrated CX Day by hosting a discussion at its New York offices about how to ensure digital marketing is personal, relevant and timely. Attendees heard from FreshDirect’s Aaron Cano, about how the online grocer ensures that its customers have an outstanding experience by using customer data to drive its digital marketing and engage customers throughout their lifecycle.
