The cooperation will focus on the areas of Data Capture and Replacement Scanning, and will primarily cover solutions for automating incoming mail processes and automatic invoice processing.

Based on this capture platform, ABBYY provides solutions for the automation of document-centred business processes, which can be used in a wide range of areas within the corporate sphere. ABBYY is therefore expanding Fujitsu's portfolio with applications for automated invoice processing (ABBYY FlexiCapture for Invoices), for incoming mail classification (ABBYY FlexiCapture for Mailrooms), and also for incoming documents in downstream processes and specialist applications.
