CustVox, the Swiss based Customer Experience Management (CEM) specialists, have entered in to a cooperative agreement with Italian firm Aizoon Consulting. Aizoon Consulting is an established company, with a large footprint in the Italian arena, and this new partnership will allow CustVox to expand its presence in to the Italian CEM market, by outsourcing consultancy to Aizoon. By partnering with CustVox, Aizoon Consultancy gains access to a valuable know-how and new product, the CustVox VoC Hub, which is the hottest scalable, unified tool to provide a holistic view of the Voice of the Customer (VoC) currently available.
