Ultra Electronics AEP and First Capital Cashflow today announce their partnership to provide a full range of payments solutions to UK businesses, banks and multi-national corporates.
The collaboration brings together unique, best-of-breed solutions from two major players in the payments industry, providing a complete range of options from payments processing solutions to paperless Direct Debits.
First Capital Cashflow's fully managed solution allows organisations to take instructions for new Direct Debits over the telephone, Internet, or via interactive TV. AEP's PayGate™ platform allows customers to safely and securely submit payments and transaction data for BACS Direct Credit, Faster Payments and Direct Debit.
Nick Newman, Payments Business Manager at Ultra Electronics AEP, said "Our partnership with FCC is the first of a number of initiatives planned for 2015 that expands our reach through more collaborative working with other industry resellers and partners. Our new relationship with FCC will provide opportunities for both companies to benefit from each other's proven track record and long term payments industry experience to provide the very best solutions and customer care to both existing and new customers."
Paul Simpson, Director at First Capital Cashflow, added: "We are delighted to have formed this partnership with AEP. With the increase in companies wishing to remain compliant with BACS rules and regulations, improve security and move away from old-fashioned legacy software solutions to cloud-based managed services, we're pleased to be able to provide payments solutions in collaboration with AEP. We're committed to providing the very best in service and convenience to our customers, and we know this is an ethos shared by AEP."
