Roles and Responsibilities
1. Involves interaction with customers using internet or any other voice based facilities and building a good relationship such as to retain them by providing quality service.
2. Updating them with the latest information on a product or a service and assisting them with their queries.

1. Should have completed BE/B.Tech/ UG (Any)
2. Should have good knowledge in Hardware, Networking and Operating Systems.
3. Excellent Oral and written communication skills are must.
4. Good analytical skills and flexible to work in Night shifts.
