To schedule and train clients on Access Suite.
Ensure client trainings are conducted as per scheduled.
Interact and communicate on regular basis with the regional migration manager.
Develop improvement plans to increase performance.
Ensure client confidentiality and adherence to compliance as per the business requirements.
Should be up to date with all procedures and internal guidelines relating to the function/activities
Be part of the Remote implementation team
To ensure all Mails are acted upon as per SLA for Access Sales
Reporting of internal/external errors to TL
Meeting SLA for the requests
Training all the staff in these aspects and make them to work as backup for each
Daily availability of MI on the processing
Collating the MI and sending before the cut-off time to respective heads and TL's
Conducting regular meeting with the people to discuss on following items: Process Changes, Assigning the responsibility to people , Client complaints and complements, Shift rotations or any other special items to be discussed
